Let's see if it's still there a week from now. I sent them an email requesting archived columns a while back, and got back a silly response talking about purchasing rights to repubish articles for hundreds of dollars. This is going to be my backup weblog until my weblog is fully operational. He had surgery in Victoria though, which is more than 400 km away. Do they not have a decent hospital up there? My regular web site, jim.roepcke.com, is down, and has been for a few days now. Hopefully it will be online tonight or tomorrow. I have so many things I want to blog! I don't really use this site for anything, but I have that blogging itch and had to say something, somewhere, to someone, somehow. I'm working on an upstreaming driver for Radio UserLand to allow content to be sent to <A HREF="http://www.free-conversant.com/">Conversant</A>, a powerful content management system with a robust XML-RPC API exposed. I've created a dynamic <A HREF="http://jim.roepcke.com/upstreamed/index">page that lists the content I've upstreamed</A> using the driver. (Conversant handles keeping that page up to date automatically) My Radio trial is about to expire. I was in a training class for a week, then my son was born, then I had to pack and move and unpack during the 30 days, so I didn't get to try it much. At this point I don't have any way to register it so if my usernum gets toasted, this may be parting words with KOSX Radio 125.1 FM. :-( To the future!
