California Weekly Hay Report
Southern California: FOB Barn/Stack: 14,028 Tons Delivered: 1,975
Compared to last week, Premium and Supreme Alfalfa not well tested. Fair and
Good Alfalfa steady. Demand light to moderate. Supplies moderate to heavy.
Retail and stable hay steady to firm, instances 5.00 higher. Demand moderate to
good. Supplies moderate. Antelope valley producers mostly coming out of barns
with their supplies. Weather has been on the cool side early in the week but
will warm up by the end of the week.
