I'm back from Virginia Beach. I had a great time! I spent the weekend with friends I haven't seen for a while. The weather was beautiful Friday & Saturday, but yesterday was pretty cold & cloudy. The seagulls were flying so low, we almost hit them with frisbees a few times. We saw a lot of these signs along the beach - it actually does mean "no cussing".

We have lots of lizards here. I saw this critter outside my window & snapped lots of pictures until I was able to get this one.

I just got back from my trip. I had a great time, except for losing my watch at Blizzard Beach. One of the guys brought his pet sugar glider, which is the strangest creature I've ever seen. It looks like you shouldn't get it wet or feed it after midnight.

I just bought a 2003 Toyota Corolla today, trading in my 1995 Corolla. If I kept the old car, it would have cost me $800 to fix the air conditioner. I had spent $400 on a minor repair just before I moved, so it was getting to the point where it cost too much to keep.

I took this picture today. This is the Middle River behind my home. They call Wilton Manors the Island City because it's completely surrounded by rivers that separate it from the rest of Ft. Lauderdale.
