A Really Tough Interview Question

I wonder how useful it would be to ask tester candidates to draw something during the interview.

Drawing as a knowledge management tool?.

Drawing As Process. The benefits of drawing with an attitude of learning how to see, rather than learning how to draw move the mind from the nebulous impression of what a thing looks like to our becoming aware of how it fits together, how it works or how it expresses emotion. The multiplicity of the parts, no matter how minimally represented, become lucid and to make communication possible. [xBlog: Visual thinking linking | XPLANE]

Here's an unexplored area for knowledge management tools. "Learning how to see" is a central dimension of capturing, generating, and applying knowledge. That would make drawing a natural part of anyone's KM toolkit.
