Blonde Brownies
2 1/4 C Flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 3/4 C packed brown sugar
3/4 C (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 eggs
2 C (12oz) chocolate chips
Combine flour, baking powder and salt in small bowl. Beat brown
sugar, butter and vanilla in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add
eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually
beat in flour mixture. Stir in chips. Spread into greased
15x10 jelly-roll pan.
Bake in preheated 350F oven for 20-25 minute or until top is golden
brown. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into
bars.
