Declan ends up with obligatory "fight this". Yeah, you say, scary stuff. But before becoming rightfully angry, consider other viewpoint. Soon, we probably will not need government to snoop on us. It is likely that pretty soon location tracking, tagging and surveillance technology will make it into consumer products and then as Bill Thompson illustrates:
