Having experienced increased workload at my day job, I have to admit that I can understand why for example Marc Andreessen does not blog. 

Although my enthusiasm for having an online diary has cooled down little bit, I still think it is worthwhile endeavour. So I decided to do something about it. First of all, I cut down the number of blogs/sites/newsletters, I am reading, to only those in the category 'very interesting' (which currently comprises of some 30, low-frequency, sources). I have also reduced number of current happening commentary posts and decided to focus only on things that do matter to me from the longer term perspective. Then I plan a move to MT, so that I can drop a thought onto my weblog here and there, even though I am not sitting at home. I got used to RU, but it does not allow me to do that sort of things, so it's probably time to move on.
