While reading this web services chapter, one of the examples left me feeling like a victim of bait and switch. First this url-based web service (http://google.com/search?q=Skate+boots&btnG=Google+Search). Then it presented an 8 line soap envelope to do the same thing. The soap example didn't include the url but more importantly I suspect the real version will look more like this.
