Future Winnipeg headline - Winnipeg taxpaying smokers circulate petition to refuse to pay doctor's salary. Doctors all over this country seem to be refusing patients for any reason they can think of. If they were unionized employees, it would be 'work-to-rule', but they're professionals (whatever that means).
Professionals (def.) - Individuals licensed to steal from other individuals not in the first group. e.g. Lawyers are professionals because they extract enough $$$ from clients to drive BMWs, dress in Armani, and still have money left to make contributions to politicians.
