we've now spent a total of 2 hours on the phone with Verisign Level 1 tech support in the last 2 weeks trying to get Mail in OS X working again since they moved from Panda to a different mail server -- it's unbelievable how terrible the support there is on this -- we wouldn't no where to even begin to describe it but it's been by far, without a doubt, the worse tech support we have EVER had in 26 years of using a computer 6:51:37 PM    Violence in Israel Escalates.
