I ordered the latest Richard Morgan book (Woken Furies) as soon as I heard about it. Reviews say it is as good as his Altered Carbon, which would be no mean feat. Altered Carbon is absolutely unputdownable science fiction of the best kind. (His second book, Broken Angels, is nearly as good, but his third, Market Forces, is a bit of a let-down, despite being well written and innovative in its way.)
Anyway, Woken Furies was dispatched a month ago and is languishing somewhere in the Spanish post office system. Good thing I don't have time to read it!

I ordered David Allen's Getting Things Done book from Amazon after reading about it on 43 Folders, and it arrived a few weeks ago. Only one problem: I haven't managed to find time to finish even the intro. It would be funny if it weren't so pathetic. :-(
