Micah asks: "Has anyone had any experience with Ektron's textarea replacement that Jonn Udell talks about?" Actually, yeah, I have. It's pretty good. It reminds me a lot of the UserLand WYSIWYG editor. There's some configuration on the server-side, and it requires that an ActiveX control be downloaded. I haven't dug too deeply into it yet, though. They also have a beta of a WYSIWYG XML editor, but I've never gotten their examples to work.

Garty has a script for doing a news scan on-command. Thanks! I'll dig through the code later this evening. He also has a new Story: On Debugging.

Here's a great pregame Superbol XXXVI prediction that's delicious in hindsight.
