Ran across this op/ed piece somehow. I don't think I've read any Ann Coulter before. Wow. What venom.

Just as Ronald Reagan gave American culture a renewed patriotism and self-confidence that outlasted his presidency, Clinton has bequeathed America a culture of criminality and rationalization by the powerful.

Last I checked, power and corruption didn't exactly start in America with the Clinton presidency. And let's not forget the lessons learned from Reagan: when pressed for details, ignorance is the best policy. Just say idunno.

Doonesbury also had a good take on this recently, as it pertains to Cheney's ignorance at Halliburton.
