Referendum C Here's an opinion piece from yesterday's Denver Post detailing how the battle over Referendum C is shaping up [June 13, 2005, "See No Evils vs. Lessers of All Evils"]. From the article, "In between vetoes and selecting Colorado's new quarter, Gov. Bill Owens has been trying to pull some well-heeled Republicans back under the GOP's big tent.
