applications of new technologies and standards. Work closely with the
management of Time Warner and via influence with its diverse business
units, on Internet and Information Technology strategic direction. The
technologist for Time Warner Digital Media's $1B Investment Fund, overseeing
the technical due diligence of prospective investments, insure that they
are both viable and fill strategic gaps. Member of the enterprise wide
senior management technology governance council. Tasked as the lead executive
for Time Warner in planning the Network, Infrastructure, Web & Operational
migration for all divisions to AOL Technologies. Lead Security Executive
for the Enterprise. Tasked with developing through influence a technology
agnostic culture focused on leveraging a framework approach to technologies,
toolsets and projects that support the business initiatives from "concept
to production".

Responsible for every aspect of this PC manufacturing company's online
technology effort. Senior technology leader of the online business unit
that was responsible for delivering over 50% of Dell's global revenues
which averaged $40+ million a day in transactions via the ecommerce Internet
applications. Globally responsible for Internet and Web technology leadership,
day-to-day site management, networking, infrastructure, architecture,
performance and the setting of future direction. Responsible for building
a scalable and sustainable Web Infrastructure and Architecture that allowed
Dell to achieve an unparalleled eCommerce offering represented by the
site's revenue, performance, uptime and growth. Served as the principal
Technologist for due diligence for investments made by Dell Ventures.
Key champion of Dell's investment in such companies as Red Hat and RIM.
Responsible for all Internet & Web focused customer sales & educational
briefings. Managed a number of diverse technology teams, such as: Site
Management, Quality Assurance, Technology Program Management, Customer
Interaction, Customer Integration, Development and Site Security. Responsible
for the technology integration of all Internet partnerships, such as Amazon,
Excite, Microsoft, Linkshare, Ask Jeeves and Cisco.

Responsible for working with Internet technology manufacturers and our
engineering teams to design and then deliver Internet capabilities and
services for all our Telecommunication partner's Broadband wireline and
wireless networks. Responsible for leading a large team of Architects,
Developers and Electrical Engineers, tasked with developing state-of-the-art
digital broadband networks, with every aspect necessary for implementing
Internet capabilities as enhancements to these networks.
