Christmas 2002. Christmas was different. There was a lot more Christ in my Christmas than in previous years, a direct by-product of my return to the church this year. I couldn't afford gifts or a Christmas tree, and it turned out to be a fine Christmas indeed. A tree was provided, my son and I made all our gifts, and my focus on the true meaning of Christmas filled in the rest. I've looked for God in big ways off and on my whole life; I learned this year to see God in the millions of little ways he presents himself. 6:41:15 PM    comment
