Before the main conference begins, AYE offers the opportunity to spend a day with Esther Derby and Johanna Rothman exploring the main models that pervade most of the other AYE sessions. Those models include:

This year I attended this warmup session and just got back from it. For me, it gave me the same feeling that I get from re-reading a book that I didn't quite get reading it the first time. I feel like I have a deeper understanding of the concepts. The big insight I had from today's session was in the areas of termperments. I have tested and have considered myself an INTP but my N has never been as strong as the other areas. Today when we went over termperments I found myself resonating with the description of ISTP. I'll have to think more about this...
Yet to go for tonight is the get-together dinner which I'll be heading for in a few minutes.
