Tutorial: Using FrontPage with Radio Weblogs

Why can't I put .asp pages into my site navigation

Q. Why can't I put .asp pages into my site navigation?

A. Microsoft has confirmed this to be a bug in FrontPage 2000.  The problem was corrected by installing Service Release 1 (SR1).  If you don't have SR1 installed you can use the following workaround:

  1. Rename your .asp files to .htm
  2. Place the files into your Navigation.
  3. Rename the files back to .asp

Applies to:

FrontPage 2000
