"Today, like every other day, we wake up empty and frightened. Don't open the door to the study and begin reading. Take down the dulcimer. Let the beauty we love be what we do. There are hundreds of ways to kneel and kiss the ground." ~ Jalaluddin Rumi
That is so beautiful. I found it on Cloud 9, a lovely site indeed. Please stand by for further transmissions from this particular weblog... As I have alluded elsewhere I am evaluating my mission both here and in the real world. I would like this weblog to more accurately reflect where I'm at, and where I'd like to be. I am no starry eyed idealist (well maybe a little) and I am certainly no saint, but I look out at this world today and I just know there has to be another way, a softer path that can include everyone. Sorry to change this warm and fuzzy tone, but if we don't, we are all pretty well screwed, don't you think?
