The Architect0r series is a set of userfriendly Online 2D/3D Design Tools based on Flash, XML and VRML. Architect0r tools can be used for a lot of different purposes: officeplanning , Facade designing, Cityplanning or setting up schematic building plans. 2D input is instantly displayed by a 3D VRML model so design decisions can be made fast.
The Architect0r can be customized for manufacturers, building developers and architectal firms to give their clients more input in the design process and/or add costeffective interactivity to their website. Because of the use of flash, tools can be easily setup in a specific graphic housestyle combined with predefined (3D) elements like windows, building blocks etc.Architect0r tools can also be integrated with Groove™.

Architect0r tools can build upon Groove™.Using Groove as a platform for the Architect0r-series will expand the usability and scope of the Architect0r adding useful and stable functionality like chats, discussions, file storage but also navigating, zooming and even designing together thereby storing all project data in a secure environment.
It can cover for example an larger housing project where users/consumers can customize their new homes. All members of a space can ‘build/assemble’ a house based on a assigned lot thus creating a virtual street. One can check for example what the neighbors house is looking like. Depending on the project, customization can vary from choosing the color of the façade to “design” your own house based on a set of regulations and architectural components. All communications between consumers, estate agents, architect, contractor, subcontractors , governmental can take place in a secure Groove space. |
