Copyrighted Coconuts - Say it three times real fast. I missed this one, but Overlawyered didn't.  A local parade organization (called Zulu) claimed a Slidell business man who painted 150 coconuts for a St. Patricks' Day Parade was infringing on their intellectual property.  Everyone here in New Orleans knows about the coveted Zulu coconuts.  But that doesn't mean they have an intellectual property right.  [Times Picayune] 10:56:18 PM
