Greg Grimsal recently delivered the Eulogy for the Honorable Edward J. Boyle, Sr., the judge for whom he clerked for a number of years. Judge Boyle was a Federal District Judge in the Eastern District of Louisiana from 1966 until 1981, when he took senior status. Greg was his law clerk from 1981 until 1989. Judge Boyle passed away on July 24, 2002. Greg's speech, which can be accessed here, is a moving tribute to a great judge, and gifted mentor.
