Whoa...What a day of traveling. My original 1:00 PM flight out of Anchorage was cancelled (the plane was marooned in Juneau). Alaska Airlines did a great job of rebooking me and getting me here to Las Vegas. It just took a lot longer than originally scheduled. And of course, my luggage is still not here and won't arrive until mid-day tomorrow.
But that's all o.k. I'm happy to finally arrive. And wow! Where I arrived to is pretty impressive. I'm staying at Caesar's Palace (where the conference is being held) and my room is giant. It's bigger than my first apartment, my first condo, and even the first house I rented. I think we could hold the conference in my room.
I also have a great view of The Strip. Not bad. Except for my very late arrival. I don't think I'll be making the 8:30 AM keynote address tomorrow morning.
