So I had to go back on the evil Prednisone today. It's a long story, but basically due to problems with my allergy shot formula, I've gotten all out of whack for the past few weeks. As a result, I've had some significant asthma issues and had to go on Prednisone for three days last week. But I got back on track by the middle of this week.
However, I buggered it all up last night by watching the absolutely over-the-top fabulous Robin Williams special on HBO. If you know anything about asthma, you know it can be triggered by laughter. And boy did I howl last night. As a result, I undid a good portion of my recovery. Oh well - what a way to go.
Fortunately, the Prednisone did its job and I was actually able to go on an hour long, medium exertion level ride on my spiffy new bike. I've been inspired by Lance.
