I cetainly have a case of the "fibro aches" today. Muscle aches here and there all over my body. However, at least I don't have the drop dead exhaustion I had yesterday. My period is due to start on Friday and I often start aching a few days before. Up until recently, I was hestitant to mention that I had achiness associated with my menstrual cycle. I was concerned that folks would say "Oh - it's just your period. No big deal." But I knew there was something else going on. Now, I know that research has shown, that fibro symptoms often pick up before a period. Ah Ha - that explains quite a bit.
