Why a blog?

So - just what am I doing here? I've been a blog lurker for a year and finally decided that I just had to get on the bandwagon. But now that I've scrambled on, what on earth am I going to write about?

Well, I've kept a journal for several years. So I could take the journal approach but journals are not meant for sharing. I'm really hoping for something more dynamic and interactive. I think I want to share what's going on in my life with my "peeps."

I hope to have some fun with it - i.e. post pictures and other items, etc. So please bear with me while I try to find my voice and get the hang of this. It could be pretty darn spiffy!

That all being said, here we go!
