Samsung just released a mobile phone that includes color TV functionality. It's capable of receiving TV broadcasts over public access channels, and allows you to view either horizontally or vertically. The device also allows you to snap up to 50 frames of TV broadcast for use as screen background image. You'll have to move to Korea to use it though, no word on when it will be available elsewhere.
