went to class all day even though i didn't want to get out of bed. i had a live dog lab and quiz today. the quiz was open book open note but i still got a couple wrong. it's really hard getting over. i need all the points i can get in gross and while i'm getting As on these quizzes, i need 100%.
i have a physiology presentation sometime next week and my group has yet to meet. we have to give a 50 min. lecture on a topic dr. ross gave us. so i have to put that together as well as study for my last couple gross exams and also finals. lots to do w/ only two weeks of class left and one week of finals.
so now i'm home from lab and i need to read the lead articles for this presentation since my group will meet tomorrow afternoon. then i need to study for gross lecture and maybe run later tonite.
yesterday i ran about 11 miles or so, close to 2 hours. i didn't wear a watch, just did 5 loops around the football field. i just know it's between 2 and 2.5 miles. i'm getting my fitsense fixed soon so then i'll have a mileage base. i'm a little sore still from yesterday so i'm waiting until tonight to go again so i can rest my legs.
today is rob reed's 29th birthday. everyone say 'happy birthday rob reed.' wow can't believe i met rob reed in 8th grade and we're still such great friends. :0)

I love giraffes! I wish I had a pet giraffe and I would name it Mr. Giraffe. One time I had a pet elephant and his name was Loyal. I sent him a letter in The Jungle when I was in undergrad but I don't think it made it there. Loyal was cool! There's nothing better than playing with doggie and kittie poop in Parasitology, except maybe looking at all the dead stuff in necropsy. |
