hello everybody. i'm watching 'monster's ball' for the third time. it's a pretty good movie and jonathan rented it and is watching it and i'm sitting here so i guess i'm watching it too.

i got an email from mark who was happy to see he finally made a post. he's gonna make me into a movie. haha!! he makes films for real.

i'm very tired. i guess all my running and not sleeping enough is catching up to me. today i had a gross quiz and it sucked cause i had to dissect today, we all take turns, and no one was helping me cause they were trying to study for the quiz. everything we covered yesterday and everything we covered today was on the quiz so you don't get much time to study. therefore i had no time to study cause i was dissecting and anyway i got about a 22/30 on the quiz. you get to drop the lowest 3 so i hope this is one of my lowest. too bad it's only the 4th quiz out of 23. my others were 28,25, and 29.

i need to go to the gym and run but i'm tired. i haven't eaten dinner yet so i think i'll do that and then go to the gym around 11p until it closed at midnight. that sucks cause i have to meet carrie tomorrow morning there at 6a so that's not much rest time.

i'm meeting rebecca and fatima at the lab at 8:30a to go over to the clinics and see what's happening. we don't have any exams tomorrow so we're supposed to follow around the senior students in clinics and try and learn something.

i'm meeting dr. clem at 1:30p to talk about the research he's doing. he's looking for a student this summer through the veterinary scholars program at my school. you have to apply though and there's not many spots so maybe meeting with him will help me out. i'm afraid i'm going to get stuck without a summer job and then i'll feel like a big loser.

i have two exams next friday so i should spend lots of time this weekend studying.

	Hi, my name is Heather. I'm a 2nd year vet student. Email me. I love giraffes! I wish I had a pet giraffe and I would name it Mr. Giraffe. One time I had a pet elephant and his name was Loyal. I sent him a letter in The Jungle when I was in undergrad but I don't think it made it there. Loyal was cool! There's nothing better than playing with doggie and kittie poop in Parasitology, except maybe looking at all the dead stuff in necropsy.
