i haven't posted in several days. had lots of work w/ school this week. i had a big test friday and stayed up until 5:30 yesterday morning studying for the test which was at 9a. so i was pretty tired last night. i was on equine emergency and actually got called in this afternoon. this horse had some kind of head trauma and fractured a bone in the skull lending to some neurologic problems. got to see some radiographs and endoscopy. it was pretty interesting and even better that it wasn't in the middle of the night.
i really wanted some soda and candy so jonathan took me to the store but i was good and didn't get any soda and instead of candy, healthy choice mint chocolate chip ice cream. i also got 2 six packs of beer, one w/ apricot and one w/ raspberry. doesn't go so good w/ the ice cream though. go watch the game! kansas made it, now we need the 'cuse!!!!! and if you're my dad in liverpool, ny and surrounding areas of syracuse, you might not have power cause there was a bad ice storm last night. my dad hasn't had power since 7 last night and might not get it back until early next week. my mom's right in syracuse and was spared; she still has power to watch the game but my dad needs to go searching for a place w/ the game on. go SU!

I love giraffes! I wish I had a pet giraffe and I would name it Mr. Giraffe. One time I had a pet elephant and his name was Loyal. I sent him a letter in The Jungle when I was in undergrad but I don't think it made it there. Loyal was cool! There's nothing better than playing with doggie and kittie poop in Parasitology, except maybe looking at all the dead stuff in necropsy. |
