hey, i finally got some power back!!! what took so long? it'd have to blame it on the USPS. rob reed bought me a power adapter for my laptop, mine was broken, at the apple store in cambridge, mass cause he found one refurbished and it was about $30 cheaper than a new one. then it was shipped to me by USPS cause it was the cheapest at about $5. well it was sent over a week ago, though it was priority mail 2-3 days, and i haven't received it. i was supposed to buy my plane ticket to use that credit i had from the flight i cancelled to dc for the marathon by tomorrow but the confirmation # was on my computer. so yesterday i had to buy a new adapter and get it shipped overnight so i could access that #. so the new adapter came today and now i have power but i had to pay for the new one plus the one rob reed bought. the hope is that i will eventually receive that one and then i'll just return the new one. otherwise by trying to save money it ended up costing me much more. thanks USPS. dad can't you do something? you work there.

	Hi, my name is Heather. I'm a 2nd year vet student. Email me. I love giraffes! I wish I had a pet giraffe and I would name it Mr. Giraffe. One time I had a pet elephant and his name was Loyal. I sent him a letter in The Jungle when I was in undergrad but I don't think it made it there. Loyal was cool! There's nothing better than playing with doggie and kittie poop in Parasitology, except maybe looking at all the dead stuff in necropsy.
