i ran tonite for 70 minutes on a 200m track. i guess i am insane! good thing i have an ipod, maybe that keeps me from going insane.

right now i'm eating this cheese spread w/ crackers. jenn and i used to eat a different brand i can't remember all the time when i went over to their place but i haven't had it at all in kansas but i found some tonite. the kind in boston is better and they have a light kind. also it's much smoother. i bet this one in kansas has been frozen at some point cause everything in kansas at the grocery seems frozen. it even says on the package that it can be frozen and refrozen.

k-state football kicked ass tonite and ruined the sooners undefeated season. cleo and i went running at about 10:30p and the game hadn't been over for long so everyone outside was going crazy yelling, honking and fireworks. so cleo was freaked out. good thing the game wasn't here but in kansas city.

	Hi, my name is Heather. I'm a 2nd year vet student. Email me. I love giraffes! I wish I had a pet giraffe and I would name it Mr. Giraffe. One time I had a pet elephant and his name was Loyal. I sent him a letter in The Jungle when I was in undergrad but I don't think it made it there. Loyal was cool! There's nothing better than playing with doggie and kittie poop in Parasitology, except maybe looking at all the dead stuff in necropsy.
