On thing Microsoft is good at is self-deprecating humor, at least about certain topics. Every year at developer events, they show humorous short videos that often poke fun at Bill Gates, Steve Ballmer, or one product or another. These videos often appear in their monthly developer web-show, The .NET show. This month, it's "Code Names: The Good, The Bad, The Ugly" from last October's Professional Developers Conference.
