Neil Armstrong thinks that the Bush Administration actually has a
space plan. That makes one of him. Just look at the Bush funding
picture: $1 billion on top of the current NASA budget which is
somewhere around $15 billion. It would take on the order of 30 years at
that rate to be in a position to launch a mision, though not to
actually operate a mission,and that is if all other NASA programs are zeroed out.
