While reading the weekly Online Learning News email (subscribe), I came across some simple tools published by Entelechy (signup/download) which include a simple ROI calculator and some performance coaching/consulting assessments.

Some spam from NetG included a link to their monthly newsletter. There was an interesting article about Scenario Based Exercises.

[Tim Stewart's Radio Weblog] Driving to work this morning, I thought about displaying a site map to Team 1 during our first meeting. This would be shown at the beginning to give everyone a "different perspective" to XOUs site on insideXO, and to prepare them for the creation of a site map for the new design.
I think this is a great idea! (By the way, I wonder if Tim has shared the URL of his 'blog with anybody else @ XO?)

Question: How many hours of learning events would XOU have requested the typical tenured MSO rep to attend during the last 6 months?
(Note, this would not include new hire XOnboard participants.)

I'm still noodling on what should go on the XOU slide for next week's sales meeting in Dallas. Here's what I have thus far (not in any particular order):
XOU Commits
Assessment for every event/activity in March onward + selective prioritized retrofit
Products Overview assessment is open for any manager to use as a diagnostic tool

Most of Nancy's staff is busy listening to the PowerManager replay featuring Nate today. I think it provides quite a bit of food for thought and I'll probably review it again myself.

"...Today, I got in touch with Scott Parks. He is completely thrilled with the fact that we are doing this, and even happier that he does not have to do anything expect review the site as needed. I sent him the link to the project plan so that he can keep tabs of the project as it progesses. "

Tim is certainly a team player and I'm happy that he's got Scott in the loop!
