Want a date in LA: get a dog California In LA, you 'syndicate' with a dog group -- ie, use a dog as an appealing accessory when you go out for a walk. Hint: chocolate labs have solid appeal; they're "solid and capable and friendly, soft, loyal, ... good looking, classy"...

Hmm, seems like the shoe is on the wrong paw (I mean foot) here. The man was fined for fraudulent voter registration (the dog was summoned for jury duty)...
