This is a text written in Groove's Notepad Tool.

Groove Notepad Tool

The Groove Notepad Tool is a rich-text editor that allows members to create quick, collaborative documents.

Click New Note to add a new Notepad page or click Edit to modify the text of an existing one. Click Save and Close to save your changes and stop editing the page. Use the Previous and Next buttons to move among Notepad pages.

The Edit button in the toolbar tells you how many other members, if any, are currently editing the selected page. You can edit a Notepad page that other members are already editing, but your edits get saved into a new Notepad page.

Right-click in the editor to see formatting options, or use the formatting commands and icons in the toolbar. Paste text you've copied from other programs.

Select Help on Notepad from the Help menu for more information.

Groove Discussion Tool lets you engage in a detailed exchange of ideas with other members of the shared space.

Click New Topic to start a new discussion thread, or click Response to create a hierarchical response to a selected topic or response.

Unread markers automatically display to alert you about Discussion entries other members have added or changed.

Attach files to topics in Discussion. Save or open files other members have attached to topics.

Right-click while writing or editing any topic to see text formatting options.

Select Help on Discussion from the Help menu for more information.
