I got a standard e-mail from Stephen Carter who is the Attorney General of the State of Indiana (I live in Evansville which is one of approx a dozen cities that claim to be #2 in size in the state, behind Indianapolis #1) which you can read in my story on how to Stop Phone Spam (in Indiana) - this story is not really complete yet, but this is an important e-mail for me.
