algorithm: Dictionary.com Word of the Day. algorithm [Dictionary.com Word of the Day] One of my favorite words ... it starts with my name Al, it is based on my favorite subject in high school (Algebra), it is what my career pays me to do (develop solutions, usually in programs, to solve problems). 3:36:11 PM

Picture of Al Macintyre posted to Ryze, for those of you who are interested in what I look like.  This was taken in 1998, me at my PC hutch before the PC upgrade, and before my recent furniture alterations, but it is a fiar representation.  I use the milk cartons to store papers because you can stack them, and see through the sides what in there, much better than the cartons that computer paper comes in. 3:29:24 PM
