Local HyperLink

Notice on the editing screen, below Paragraph Font Size Color pull downs, where there are the choices of Bold Justify Bullets etc.  At the far right of that is Create Hyperlink. 

How to work this is that we are off on some other window & we cut paste a copy of some URL, then we come here to edit some text, and we highlight some text like The World and Me then click on that icon.  Up pops a box to key in the url or paste what we earlier copied, then Ok, and what was highlighted has now become a link to that URL  This works like a Manila Shortcut, but it is only in this Local Post.  If we want to share the same link Globally on our site, we either use Manila Shortcuts & Stories, or Radio Stories (until I figure out the function of Radio Shortcuts).
