About

What is Eat Orange? Eat Orange is my repository for news, raves, rants and information on computer technologies that I find particularly appealing. As of the time of this writing, this includes Macromedia MX application development, the Jabber protocol, and Mac OS X Cocoa/Objective-C. Occasionally, you might be lucky enough to run across a random personal anecdote or other oddball remark that has absolutely nothing to do with what I just mentioned above. You can choose, at your sole discretion, to either disregard such remarks or cherish them as the gems they truly are.

Why Eat Orange? Rule #1: Don't ask. There really is no logical or coherent explanation behind the name. That's the only rule.

What is Media Insites? I co-founded Media Insites with my business partner, Todd Harrison in 2001. Media Insites is a new media firm that specializes in web application development and multimedia CD ROM/DVD production. We have a mascot. We call him squiggle. Take a look at our website for a good squiggle mugshot. I'll try to avoid shameless plugs of Media Insites whenever possible, but I make no guarantees.

Who is Sean Voisen? Here's a quick overview of pertinent information. (Because I'm the sole editor of this blog, I choose what is pertinent and what is not, thank you very much.)

How can I contact Sean Voisen? I suggest clicking on the little envelope at the bottom of this page or emailing me: sean at mediainsites dot net.
