Today I paid for Radio. US$ 40. That's one (cheapo) night out in New York: a few beers and some food or maybe a movie. Surely worth it. Still, if you live in, say, Colombia, that would mean a whole month of partying. I guess there's no way to deliver software cheaper for poorer countries...
