I failed to do my UBW yesterday.  I had a dentist's appointement in the morning and did not make it up at night.  I will endevour to do so tonight.

I did get to hockey school this morning. Good workout and I got the "you've really improved" nod from the head instructor John.  It made my day. 

I have kickboxing coming up at lunch. Really looking forward to it, since I've missed my last two sessions and will miss it again on Saturday due to the out of town hockey tournament.

Speaking of the tournament, I'll not be updating again till I get back Monday.
