- Loose 30 lbs of fat [Actual: 31.71 lbs]
- Gain 5 lbs of muscle [Actual: 2.71 lbs]
- Wear size 40 pants [Actual: not sure yet...]
- Wear size 2XL shirts [Actual: yes!]
- Skate Backwards (crossover) [Actual: basic proficiency]
Habits - Things I will do to help me achieve my goals
- Maintain Good posture at all times [Actual: pretty good now]
- 8 hours sleep per night [Actual: 7 hours min per night]
- min 2 Kickboxing classes per week [Actual: 2 to 3 per week]
- 3 weightlifting sessions per week [Actual: 0-1 per week :(]
- min 3 skates per week [Actual: 4-5 per week]
- Drink 3 litres of water per day [Acutal: 3+ ]
- Eat 6 small healthy meals each day [Actual: ~60% of the time]
- take a multi-vitamin once per day [Actual: they made me want to throw up]
- Drink green tea daily [Actual: ~15%]
- Floss daily [Actual: ~5%]
