- Lose 40 lbs of fat
- Gain 5 lbs of muscle
- Wear size 36 pants
- Wear size XL shirts
- Lose 15" from my Chest, Waist, Hips, and Thighs
Habits - Things I will do to help me achieve my goals
- 8 hours sleep per night
- min 3 Kickboxing classes per week
- 3 weightlifting sessions per week
- Drink 3 litres of water per day
- Eat 6 small healthy meals 6 days a day
- Supplement with 5g creatine/day, 5g L-Glutamine/dat, use ThermoDynamix as directed
- Drink green tea daily
- Floss daily
