- Weight: 276.8 lbs ( 3.2 lbs lost )
- Body Fat %: 35.0 %
- Meals: Tuesday and Wednesday were not great... rest was pretty good
- Sleep: 7 hours min per night
- Kickboxing: 2 sessions (missed Saturday session)
- Weightlifting: 1 session
- Water: good water
- Supplements: got all my supplements in
START : BF% 35.0 182.00 lbs LBM 98.00 lbs fat
EOW 1: BF% 35.0 179.92 lbs LBM 96.88 lbs fat
A below average start to this challenge.... it's time to regroup and focus on getting my meals in and keeping the workouts going. Based on the above it looks like I've missed 3 of the six workouts for the week. Well I did get two extra cardio sessions in with a couple of hockey games... Having said that I'm not tracking hockey as part of this challenge. So I need to focus on kb and weightlifting.
