CHARGED: Sebastian Janikowski, Oakland Raiders
OAKLAND, Calif. -- Associated Press reports Oakland Raiders kicker Sebastian Janikowski was charged with driving under the influence, adding another chapter to his history of legal problems. Janikowski was stopped for speeding in Oakland early Wednesday and failed a sobriety test, police said Friday. His blood-alcohol level registered 0.20, more than twice the legal limit, police said.
