This sounds like the start of an excellent system. We just need to make sure that it stays clean (and not so smelly).
"University of Toronto professor David Bagley collected
waste water at a North Toronto water treatment plant.
He took the sewage into
his lab, dried it and then burned the solids to see how much energy they
produced. He estimates the energy produced from sewage at three treatment plants
could produce more than 100 megawatts of electricity.
That could be enough to
keep a small town going for a year." [via H2ONotes]

We finally getting an Ikea in Michigan. According to this story in Crain's Detroit, it will be in Canton Michigan off of I-275.
"Construction is expected to begin in spring, and the store is expected
to open in the summer of 2006."
2006 is a little late for our new condo. We'll definitely be taking a road trip with a U-Haul.
Tammy and I are big fans of their well designed, yet inexpensive products.
