CLIOH (Cultural Digital Library Indexing Our Heritage) (http://clioh.informatics.iupui.edu/) is an unusual multimedia digital library that includes a virtual reality (VR) component. CLIOH is a project of the "Informatics Research Institute (IRI), an academic research and development entity of the Indiana University School of Informatics. CLIOH is [also] a collaboration between the IUPUI School of Informatics, IU Library system, the Mathers Museum in Bloomington, IN and the Indiana State Museum, Indianapolis, Indiana."

"CLIOH is a searchable collection and digital archive housing original multimedia acquired from threatened world heritage cultural sites. Currently, the collection contains multimedia from the Mayan city of Uxmal in Yucatan, Mexico and a Native American Mississippian site, Angel Mounds." U.S.A.
