Wow, I should play the lottery. I feel like my luck tonight is extra good. I was reading through eBay Hacks on Safari when I got an e-mail from an old friend who I haven't seen or talked with in, literally, years. I promptly responded to his e-mail to say "Wow, that was such a nice surprise". He then added to my surprise by calling me long-distance. We gabbed for about 30 minutes; I wish we could have talked longer but I get up early to get into work early.
You know, sometimes I think to myself..."Gosh, I should really call my friend whomever but wow, I haven't talked to him or her in such a long, long time, what would I say?" My friend Kevin just gave me an excellent lesson; you shouldn't let a long time between conversations stop you from talking to an old friend.
